Mr. Armaan Varma — Character is built around play.

Armaan Varma is the visionary founder of Ardee Racquet Club (ARC), a premier destination for racquet sports enthusiasts. His journey began, unusually enough, with a childhood passion for LEGO — an early fascination with building that carried him to the UK, where he studied architecture and completed his bachelor's degree between 2017 and 2020. Through those university years, he returned each summer to intern at the Ardee schools, learning the business firsthand under the guidance of his mother, Ms. Shefali Varma, and core Ardee members including Ms. Chanda Lal Raisinghani.
He came back to Delhi for good in 2020, working directly under his mother across the Group's verticals — real estate, new project development in Goa, the setting up of new schools in Delhi — absorbing everything from how a school operates day to day to the broader business skills that hold a group like Ardee together. ARC came about naturally rather than by plan: Armaan noticed the school grounds sat largely unused once classes ended, and a family trip that same year introduced him to pickleball. He returned to Delhi with an idea — bring the sport into schools, first as an after-hours programme for kids, then folded into the sports curriculum itself. It caught on quickly, and what began as a handful of after-school courts soon grew into ARC.
With a passion for sports and a mission to create world-class facilities, Armaan established ARC in 2024 under The Ardee Group's esteemed legacy. His leadership has guided ARC's rapid growth, with successful operations across New Delhi, Gurugram, and Goa — and, as of 6th September 2026, the opening of ARC Gurugram, the flagship: a 15+ sport, multi-format wellness facility set across Sector 52 inside Ardee City, spanning padel, tennis, pickleball, box cricket, football, gym, yoga, pilates, Zumba, physiotherapy, and swimming under one roof.
