What is Atlas
Everything Atlas does.
Atlas is a learning and wellbeing platform built for schools that want to be known as clearly as the children inside them. It does not just store information, it continuously reads and analyses it, so everyone can see and act on what matters.
The Atlas Score
A score that follows growth. Every child has a living Atlas Score that moves with them through three pillars: Growth, Academic and Initiative. Built to encourage, not to punish — theirs, their mentor's and yours, never a public ranking.
The Atlas Index
The Atlas Index scores each department, role and mentor using the Atlas Score, so a parent can see how a school is performing for their child — role by role, mentor by mentor, department by department.
Feedback that arrives while it matters
When a child submits work, Atlas reads it and gives an instant provisional grade against the same Cambridge rubrics the mentor uses. The final grade is always the mentor's — it enhances mentors, it does not replace them.
Longitudinal data
A memory that goes back years. From Year 6 onward, a child's learning is held securely and can be opened to any week, any subject, any topic — so a mentor can trace a stumble in Year 10 back to the exact point, perhaps two years earlier, where the foundation first cracked.
Pattern detection and wellbeing
Atlas notices the small signals a mentor can miss — a pattern of missing Monday maths, repeated trips to the health room during one lesson — and quietly brings them to the people who can help. Short EQ check-ins track mood against performance, because wellbeing and learning were never separate.
University guidance
AI university interviewers let a child rehearse for the universities they are reaching for, as many times as they like, walking into the real thing having already done it twenty times. A portfolio builds as they progress, so no one scrambles to collect work at application time.
Ask Atlas
An agent that actually knows each child. A Cambridge-trained tutor built into the app — it answers what is due tomorrow, where am I slipping, what needs my attention, or add a task to my list, with full knowledge of the child's syllabus and school.
Health room heatmap
Parents and students see a clear overview of health room visits — the frequency, the reasons, and the nurse on duty — through an easy heatmap. Greater transparency into a child's health history, nothing hidden.
And the rest of Atlas
A place to belong — students find others who share an interest, with meets overseen by coordinators.
A personal calendar and to-do list that builds real time-management skills, with every past task kept.
Textbooks become optional, with every book kept on the platform and revisitable for years.
The structure of the day, food menu and announcements in one Hub, with a live Current Lesson view for parents.
Students in Years 6 to 12 navigate the platform themselves, supported by guided walkthroughs, building independence.
Web, the App Store and Google Play, so parents and students reach Atlas anytime, anywhere.
